The 350 square feet Cosmic Studio can be used for a wide variety of things including playrooms, guest houses, and offices. However, the model unit Cosmic Studio is configured as the American Dream 2.0 home with bathroom, open sleeping area, living area, dining and cooking spaces.

The Cosmic Studio ADU uses sustainable woods and other materials in its construction. Unlike other prefab homes, it is built and ships flat within 6 months. The flat pack allows for more fuel efficient transport. This treatment does not sacrifice quality as elements like triple glazed windows, cedar exterior cladding are available alongside finishes like granite counter tops.

High-end fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom, efficiency LEDs, smart thermostat technology, and electric monitoring apps make dwellings like the Cosmic Studio a better option for those who are hesitant to sacrifice space.

Additionally, this ADU comes prebuilt with a lithium-ion battery pack for energy storage from a rooftop solar array that can generate from seven to 20,000 kWh per year in sunny states like California.
